Provide hands-on leadership by senior principals and senior staff committment for the entire duration of the project.
Assemble a project management team with proven expertise and performances.
Set effective organizational structure within managment team.
Use strong management techniques with definite line of responsibilities.
Have efficient communication between members of management team, to ensure a timely and integrated design solution.
Have effective external communication with project team members including the client team, general contractors, construction manager and sub-trade contractors, regulatory agencies and authorities having jurisdiction.
Establish a good relationship with clients to ensure full client and user participation in the planning and design process.
Assist clients in the public presentation activities with models, graphic presentation and participation in public relations.
Our Project Architect Will:
Upon award of the project review the program with user group and identify any programs short falls. Review and Discuss the Initial Project Budget and Project Schedule to minimize winter construction, sequential or phased construction.
Seek prompt approvals to meet time schedule.
Develop and deliver the project requirements from beginning to completion to client's utmost satisfaction.
Monitor and control quality through all phases of the project, from the planning stage, the design, working drawings and construction stages to minimize change orders.
Keep client abreast of each and every detail for the entire duration of the project.
Render prompt decisions, provide periodic reports , clarifications and details as required for an orderly process.
Prepare a very clear set of contract documents and aviod costly change notices and change orders during construction.
