Our Firm Will:

1. -Provide hands-on leadership by senior principals and senior staff commitment for the entire duration of the project.
   

2. -Assemble a project management team with proven expertise and performances.

8. -Assist clients in the public presentation activities with models, graphic presentation and participation in public relations.
   

Our Project Architect Will:

1. -Upon award of the project, review the program with user group and identify any programs short falls. Review and discuss the Initial Project Budget and Project Schedule to minimize winter construction, sequential or phased construction.
   

2. -Seek prompt approvals to meet time schedule
   

3. -Develop and deliver the project requirements from beginning to completion to client’s utmost satisfaction
   

4. -Monitor and control quality through all phases of the project, from the planning stage, the design, working drawings and construction stages to minimize change orders
   

5. -Keep client abreast of each and every detail for the entire duration of the project
   

6. -Render prompt decisions, provide periodic reports, clarifications and details as required for an orderly process.
   

7. -Prepare a very clear set of contract documents and avoid costly change notices and change orders during construction
